The purpose of the Teachers' Day initiative is to strengthen BIC's link with the educational ecosystem and positively impact its stakeholders by providing up-to-date training for their benefit.

This training program is designed to support primary school teachers in transmitting knowledge more effectively. Starting in 2018, education experts and child psychologists have provided hands-on training to help teachers manage their classes better.
The program focuses on educational approaches such as positive discipline and the development of life skills through art practice. By participating in Teachers' Day, teachers gain practical skills and strategies to enhance their teaching and positively impact their students' personal and academic growth.
