This training program is designed to support primary school teachers in imparting knowledge more effectively. Starting in 2018, education experts and child psychologists have provided hands-on training to help teachers better manage their classrooms.
The program focuses on educational methods such as positive discipline and the development of life skills through artistic practice. Through participation in Teacher's Day, teachers gain practical skills and strategies to enhance their teaching skills and positively influence students' personal and academic development.
